Guarantee

All materials and workmanship of products are guaranteed to be to the consumer's satisfaction. Tiles and accessories are inspected and shipped in excellent condition. If there is an unforeseen problem with the product due to defect, the product can be returned for a full refund. Notification must be made to Lasting Impressions within 10 days of receiving shipment.

All shipping charges include insurance for the product. If a product is damaged due to shipment, the carrier should be notified about such damage. Lasting Impressions is not responsible for damage as a result of carrier mishandling.

Returns and Exchange Policy

These policies are applicable to all returns:

1. Shipping charges are not refundable.
2. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
3. Where a specific return period is indicated, no refunds will be accepted beyond that date.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment
