Montauk Light The lighthouse was built in 1796. It was authorized by the Second Congress lead by George Washington in 1792. The Montauk Lighthouse can be found in Montauk, New York on Long Island and is the oldest lighthouse in New York. A Beautiful Watercolor of the Montauk Light by Sailor/Artist Al LaBanca will grace each and every piece.
